Credit Report Information

In order to process your mortgage loan application, Exchange Bank will run a credit report from the 3 major credit bureau’s (Equifax, Experian and Trans Union). The credit bureaus may place your name on a prescreened list and within minutes, may sell the list to several companies. Exchange Bank does NOT authorize the sale of your personal information and will NEVER share your information with these companies. The bank has no control over this practice, but there are ways you can prohibit these types of solicitations from companies you don’t recognize. One of the easiest things you can do is to OPT OUT.

Opt Out Prescreen is the official Consumer Credit Reporting Industry website to accept and process requests from consumers to Opt-In or Opt-Out of firm offers of credit or insurance.
